Tech, Energy and Emerging Markets Dominate

This morning, with widespread buying across the board (of the 228 ETFs I track, 86 percent are in the black this morning) we are seeing technology (a good sign), emerging markets, and energy ETFs leading. Excel is linked to CQG for the data.
